Those foods which are rich in beta carotene and vitamin C are beneficial for you. So, you should drink carrot juice daily, as it is rich with vitamin C. celery is also one excellent option, because it detoxifies the intestine and the liver.
In order to cure asthma, here is what you should consume:
-1 glass of wheat-grass juice and lemon juice;
-½ a bunch capsicum, ½ cup lemon juice, ¼ cucumber, 1 pineapple and 2 and ½ bunches watercress;
-3 bulbs lemongrass, 1 cucumber and ½ lemon;
-6 celery stalks, 2 green apples, 1 bunch spinach, 1 bunch parsley and ¼ cup lemon juice;
-8 kale stalks, 3 pieces of radish, 1 fennel, ½ lemon and ¼ pineapple;
-2 cups strawberry juice, 1 cup cranberry juice and 1 pomegranate.
Meanwhile, you should avoid the following foods:
