The human body represents an organism which needs to be somewhat alkaline at all times. This is needed because the cells, the chemical reactions within the organism and the healthy can find a synergy.
However, there are times when the human organism can easily become acidic, which is a sign that something is not working in the right way.
In order to maintain alkalinity inside the body, we should always have our pH balance in check, as the pH levels can be easily disturbed, and in that way the body is subjected to many diseases.
Those diseases are the following:
– Weak metabolism, obesity and weight problems;
– Constant inflammation;
– Kidney and bladder problems such as kidney stones;
– Premature aging;
– Brittle bones, osteoporosis, bone spurs and fractures;
– Sore muscles, joints and lactic-acid buildup;
– Mood swings;
– Decreased energy;
– Continuous fatigue;
– Poor digestion and waste elimination;
– Fungal/yeast overgrowth.
Because of the consumption of plenty of toxins, harmful chemicals, drugs and meds, the pH levels can decrease. If your pH levels are beneath 6.4, the organism shuts down and no vitamins, minerals or enzymes enter it.
Because the body is now acidic, there is no more energy produced in the cells, so there is no detoxification happening.
When the organism is alkaline, then there will not be illnesses and health issues happening. But, when the body is acidic, this makes a space for the bacteria, viruses, mold, yeast, candida, fungus and cancer cells to thrive and multiply as well.
As a result of some inadequate diet, subjection to toxins, stress or problems with the immune system, the body normally gets acidic. Still, when it gets attacked, it normally takes the remaining calcium from the bones, sodium from the stomach and it forces it to work properly. When all this occurs, usually osteoporosis appears.
The health problems like arthritis, pain, MS, fibromyalgia and lupus can happen as a result of the lack of minerals in the acidic organism. The same this is true for the cancer cells. This is why the cancerous cells cannot affect the heart. The reason for this is because there is a constant blood flowing from the lungs which goes into the heart, and the highest pH scale within the entire body. The blood then fills the lungs with oxygen as well as with high blood pH and it also removes the acidic toxins.
The cancer cells enjoy to live into acidic body, and also to turn the glucose ferments into lactic acid. The terminal cancer patients usually have the lowest pH levels of all, ranging between 4.0 and 5.5.
Back in the 1964, as Keiichi Morishita states, one in 214 people was diagnosed with cancer and today this number is about one in two males and one in three females. Most of this happens because of the low pH levels.
You should keep track on your pH balance
You can notice your pH levels right in the comfort of your own home. All you will need to have are pH test strips.
The morning is the best period for checking your pH levels, as the body has more acids at that time.
Once you get the results, you should be careful: your urine results should range between 6.5 and 7.5 as well as the saliva pH results. The best time for checking the saliva pH levels is two hours after a meal.
Remember that you should live a healthy life: you should avoid stressful situations, hydrate often and exercise some breathing techniques, in order to diminish the acidity from your body.
