This is one of the most effective treatments for arthritis and the best thing is you can make it on your own at home using cayenne pepper which contains active compound called capsaicin with natural pain relieving properties.
For this recipe you will need the following ingredients:
• 1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper
• ¼ cup of warm olive oil
Add the tablespoon of cayenne pepper in the warm olive oil. Apply it on the painful joint and leave it for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes is gone rinse off with warm water. You will feel improvement after the first application, but for best results you should use it for 2 or 3 times daily until the pain is gone.
