To prepare this magical drink you will need the following ingredients:
• 2L of water
• 12 small mint leaves
• 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
• 1 medium-sized lemon, finely sliced
• 1 medium-sized cucumber, peeled and finely sliced
Combine all the ingredients together in a pitcher and let it soak for an hour and your drink is ready. Drink 8 to 10 glasses daily. This drink is a great replacement for plain water.
