A lot of people suffer from joint pain, which usually occurs in the knees, shoulders, or elbows.
They believe that this pain occurs as a result of the aging process, but have you ever thought about all those young people who experience joint pain, even at the age of 25? So, are we talking about aging again?
Some studies have explained that joint pain can occur as a result of trauma, heavy lifting, fractures, arthritis, rheumatism, and a lot of other health factors.
Joint pain can even occur while you sleep. In today’s article, we are going to present you one recipe which was found in some old Russian medical books. The ingredients which are needed for the remedy are cheap, as well as easy available, and we bet that you have them in your own kitchen.
– Hot mustard;
– Baking soda;
– Sea salt.
Preparation and use:
First, take one plastic/ceramic or wooden tablespoon. Get all of the above mentioned ingredients and stir them together till you get a good homogenous mixture. After that, place the mixture in an empty cream jar or maybe some other packaging and then you are done with the preparation of the great remedy.
You should apply some of the homemade cream on the affected area, put a plastic bag over and wrap it with a woolen cloth, preferably a scarf. But, remember that you should tie it loose. Leave the cream for about 1,5 or 2 hours.
The best time of doing this will be before going to bed, because while you sleep, you don’t move the joints and they can heal better in that way. You can rinse the area when you wake up in the morning.
