Military Diet: Lose 10 Pounds In Just 3 Days

DAY 3:
Breakfast:
• One slice of Cheddar Cheese
• One Apple
• Five Saltine Cracker
Lunch:
• One slice Toast
• One Egg (Cooked or Hardboiled)
Dinner:
• Half a cup of Tuna
• Half of Banana
• One cup of Vanilla Ice Cream

It should be noted that this diet must be strictly followed. No additions or substitution are permitted either. This fast diet can help you boost your metabolism and it will burn fat faster. It is also recommended to workout during this diet plan as much as you can for even better results.
