One of the biggest problems in America is obesity. In contrast of this fact, in Japan this problem is really rare and it is almost something unreal. The fact is that Japanese women have the lowest obesity, only 3%, in the whole world.
Their life expectancy is the highest in the world (with 85 years on average, while US has 80 years on average).
Japanese women are also known that they get older very slowly, as their skin is very tight, glowing and most of them are pretty fit. But does this all mean that they exercise a lot? Well, the answer is no. the secret for this is in something else, and it is very simple.
