Ear Reflexology – Incredible Pain Relief Method

Aches and pains are part of human life, and you do not have to run to the doctor every single time some minor sore appears.

You can try to relieve the pain yourself, instead, by using this very simple method.

Dr. Helen Chin Lui, a certified reflexologist says that the ear contains a complete reflex map of the whole human body, which is rich with numerous connectors to the central nervous system and nerve endings.

You do not always have the time to exercise and do stretches. That is why this method is so effective. You can practice it during your workhours by either using a clothespin or your fingertips.

Even if you are skeptical about its effects, give it try. You cannot lose much. It worked for a lot of people, so why don’t you be one of them. However, if the pain is severe you might want to see your doctor.

Each of the 6 spots on the ear is connected to ache and soreness in a certain part of the human body. You can relieve the pain by pressing each point.

Here are the numbers and the parts of the body they are connected to:

The part that is noted as number one in the picture above is connected to your back and shoulders. You should apply a clothespin or press that part with your fingertips for about one minute. That should lower the built-up tension in your back and shoulders. Doing this several times a day will lessen the pain.

The next part down is connected to the internal body organs. If you feel discomfort and slight inner pain put the clothespin to this part of your ear, and repeat the process several times a day until you feel the comfort you are looking for.

The upper-middle part of the ear is connected with pain in the joints. Pressing this part of the ear should result in lowering the pain in the joints.

The lower-middle part of the ear is the part that is most closely associated to the throat and sinuses. Applying pressure to this part can help you in healing sore throat.

Spot number 5 is associated with digestion. Putting a clothespin to this spot or just applying pressure using your fingertips can help you solve your minor stomach and digestion problems.

The lobe, or the sixth spot on your ear is connected with the heart and the head, the two most important body parts. Applying pressure to this spot can do a lot if you suffer from frequent headaches. It can also improve your heart health.
