When we were kids, we were taught to shower or take a bath every day, as it was good for our health. There are also some people that take a bath or shower two times in a day.
But, opposite of this, there are some other people that have aversion towards bathing and don’t do this often. So, just like you don’t skip your meals every day, you should also not skip taking showers, as it may be very harmful for your health.
Here are the five reasons why:
1. As long as you don’t take a shower, it will contribute to getting sick, and all the germs and bacteria will activate in your body.
2. The bacteria and germs that appear for such reason, may also cause some infections.
3. Not taking a shower will make the body to accumulate dirt and sweat, and they will make it grubby and unpleasant.
4. Also, bacteria and sweat will make your skin flakey.
5. The bad body odors, caused by not taking shower often, will make your body stink.
