My Grandma is 95: She Has Been Drinking ACV Her Whole Life!

Just dissolve one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a cup of water and drink it several times a day. I have been told this by my grandma. She was drinking a whole cup of plain apple cider vinegar, but that was too much for me. However, if you can drink it you can try to drink it plain too.

The recipe with vinegar and honey is even better. You are getting the enzymes and the health benefits of the honey, plus its sweet taste.

The recipe is the following:

  • 1 mug warm water (it should not be too hot, because it with ruin the structure of the honey)
  • 1 tablespoon of raw honey
  • 1 tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar

Preparation: What you should do is mix these ingredients, in fact stir the honey and vinegar in the warm water. Consume this drink every morning. It is best if you drink it on empty stomach. Thus you will feel its benefits the most.
