If you want to detox your body through your feet you will need:

• ½ cup Epsom Salt
• 2 tablespoons Bentonite Clay
• 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
• Hot (almost boiling) water
• A bucket or tub to soak feet

Mix 1/2 cup of Epsom salt into the hot water. Until you wait for your water to cool down so you can soak your feet, mix 2 tablespoons of bentonite clay with 1 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar in a bowl. You can add a little water to thin, if needed. Coat your feet in this mixture and let it dry for 10 minutes. Check the water, if the temperature of the water is comfortable, you can now put your feet inside and let them soak for at least 15 minutes.
