Tartar is a form of hardened dental plaque which appears on our teeth, which if left untreated, it can cause result in periodontitis.

One of the usual ways of treating this problem is going to your dentist. But, you can also solve this problem, without visiting your dentist, as there is a simple way of removing it at your home.

To do the procedure, you will need the following:

– Toothbrush;

– A cup;

– Dental pick;

– Antiseptic mouth wash;

– Baking soda;

– Salt;

– Water;

– Hydrogen peroxide.

How to prepare and use it?

Into a bowl, first mix a tablespoon of baking soda with half a teaspoon of salt. After that, dip a wet toothbrush in the mixture and rub it on your teeth. Do the procedure for 5 minutes and after that fill a cup with hydrogen peroxide and mix it with half a cup of warm water. Rinse your mouth with the solution and in the end spit it out. After that, rinse it with half a cup of cold water. The next thing on the list is to rub the tartar with a dental pick and rinse your mouth with antiseptic mouth wash. Strawberries and tomatoes

Both strawberries and tomatoes are rich in essential nutrients, such as vitamin C which is an excellent vitamin for our oral health.
