500 ml water

50 ml of yogurt

3 teaspoons of black tea

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon ginger powder

1 teaspoon honey

1 teaspoon curry

 

Procedure:

Preheat the water to the point of boiling. Remove it from fire and add all of the ingredients except the yogurt. When the water cools down strain the mixture. In the strained liquid add the yogurt and mix the ingredients together. You should consume this drink as a dinner substitute. Only water is allowed after its consumption.

Ingredients:

80 ml water

170 ml of milk

1 teaspoon ginger powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon curry

 

Procedure:

Add all of the spices in boiling water and then add the milk. Mix until you have a homogeneous mixture and consume it before you go to bed.
